Jarvis Files Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings

LEGAL UPDATE: Jarvis’ legal team at Kirkland & Ellis filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on August 10. The State filed a response to the motion on September 15, and Kirkland filed a petitioner's reply in support of the motion on September 22.

A previously scheduled hearing has now been vacated and the Court will issue a written order.
